Important:

1.Customer is never bargaining this rate.we had given is best in the industry.

2.For Bumla pass & madhuri lake you have to take local vehicle as we can not run our vehicles one over there.

3.Carrier is not allowed in northeast,so you have to keep your luggage inside the vehicles.

4.Please note that Indian Inner Line Permit(ILP)to entry arunachal pradesh Mizoram & Nagaland and we need at list 4-5 working days after we recieved the document to obtain the ILP

5.Parking,Toll Gate,Eliphan Safari,Jeep Safari,River Cruise,Majuli Ferry,Transfer ILP,Park Entry Fee Not including in the Rate.

6.Consumption of Alcohol & Smoking Prohibited in side the vehicles.

7.Rate are pickup & drop same.

8.Km & Time charge From Garege to Gerage.

9.A/c will not working in hill station.

10.Maximum Duty hours will up to 11.00pm.If exced the hour than it will be calculate to next day rental.

11.For out side duty maximum 300km /minimum 150 average will be applicable.

12.Driver Night Holt charge 300/ outside 500/

13.Any Further in case in Diesel,petrol price or state passenger & Road Taxes all would be charge Extra accordingly.

14.5% Gst charge extra,which is not including in this rate.

 

*Cancellations Policy*

 

In the event of cancellation of travel sevice due to any avoidable/unbeliaveable circumstance MitaliTravels may be notified that & registration E mail where we currespondance cencellations charge will be  Effictive from the date the recieved the request.

• 60 days prior to arrivel :10% of the travel service
• 45 days prior to arrivel :20% of the travel service
• 15 days prior to arrivel :25% of the travel service
• 7 days prior to arrivel :50% of the travel service
• 48 Hours prior to arrivel :100% of the travel service
